Lauren directs and oversees all aspects of the investor relations, finance, accounting, and compliance functions of PTV. She also serves on the investment team, engaging in the diligence process and structuring new and follow-on investments in portfolio companies. Lauren is responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to support general fund administration and overseeing day-to-day operations of the firm and is an active member of The Junior League of Austin where she currently serves as a project chair with community partner Mobile Loaves and Fishes to provide food and support to the homeless in Austin.

Matt founded PTV Healthcare Capital in 2003 and has served since then as Managing Director. Having spent his 25 year career in the private equity, venture capital, banking and finance industries, Matt has served on more than 20 healthcare company boards of directors and currently serves on the boards of directors of several private companies. Matt is an Executive Committee member for The University of Texas Chancellor’s Council, as well as an active member of the Children’s Council for the Dell Children’s Medical Center Foundation.
